1. Collection of Information. 

1.1  Registration.  In order to register for a league, camp or clinic, you must first create an account and complete a registration process.  During the registration process you are required to create a user name and password and provide contact information (name, mailing address, email address and telephone number) and player information (experience and position preferences).  We use this information to contact you about the services on our website.   This information is also used to fulfill orders.  To pay for a league or sign-up for a camp or clinic on our website, you must provide contact information (name and mailing address) and financial information (credit card number and expiration date).  This information is used for billing purposes and for fulfilling orders.  If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

1.2  Cookies.  A cookie is a piece of data stored on a user’s hard drive containing information about that user.  By setting a cookie on our website, the user would not have to log in with a password more than once, thereby saving time on our website.  If a user rejects the cookie, they may still use our website.  Cookies can also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our website.  Some of our business partners use cookies on our website (for example, advertisers); however, we have no access to or control over these cookies.

2.1.2  Customer Service.  Based upon the personally identifiable information you provide to us, we send a welcoming email to the email address associated with the registration to verify your username and password.  We will also communicate with you in response to your inquiries, to provide the services you request and to manage your registration account. 

2.2  Profile.  We store information that we collect through the registration process and cookies to create a “profile” of your preferences.  We tie your personally identifiable information to information in the profile in order to provide tailored promotions and marketing offers and to improve the content of the website for you.  We do not share your profile with other third parties.

3.3  Sale or Transfer of LAXNW.  If all or a portion of LAXNW is transferred, sold, merged, ceases operations, goes bankrupt or is otherwise involved in a transaction where the ownership or management of LAXNW is changed (individually or collectively a “Transaction”) then your personally identifiable information or other user information may be transferred to assigned to a third party as part of the Transaction.
