Welcome to the Pure Lacrosse Fall 2009 Training Program for Portland. By registering for this program you will be training at Crossfit MLK for 6 action-packed weeks of professional coaching!

By training at Crossfit MLK you will experience a comprehensive series of Integrated Sports Training. Masterminded by Phil Claud, the premiere Olympic level coach in Oregon, his philosophy and sport specific training enables our athletes to be game ready at the start of the 2010 season.

By combining lacrosse drills and athletic development we strive to provide the best possible training services.

Program Options:

   1.  6x 90 minute skill training sessions for $185
   2.  2x 75 minute coed lacrosse specific athletic training sessions for $280
   3.  18 sessions comprised of both option A and option B for $455

Program Dates:

   Tuesday: Nov. 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, Dec. 1st, 8th
   Thursday: Nov. 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th, Dec. 3rd, 10th 
   Saturday: Nov. 7th, 14th 21st, 28th Dec. 5th, 12th 
   Sunday: Nov. 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th, Dec. 6th, 13th

Scheduling depends on experience. Register for the class you are qualified for. Don’t be afraid to step it up. Classes are tailored to the individual so no matter what level you participate in you will experience success!!!

Saturday Schedule:

   *  Girls Beginner – 10-11:30am
   *  Girls Youth – 11:30-1:00pm
   *  Girls JV – 1:00-2:30pm
   *  Girls V – 2:30-4:00pm

Sunday Schedule:

   *  Boys Beginner – 10-11:30am
   *  Boys Youth – 11:30-1:00pm
   *  Boys JV – 1:00-2:30pm
   *  Boys V – 2:30-4:00pm

Tuesday and Thursday Schedule:

   * 
Coed athletic development class – 6:00-7:30pm

SIX WEEKS OF LAX TRAINING STARTING IN NOVEMBER, 2009.

Pure Lacrosse enables dedicated athletes to increase their playing time on the field. We accomplish this through tailored drills facilitated by professional coaches in an unprecedented 6:1 athlete to coach environment. 

TAKE A PEAK AT THE AVERAGE 90min. SESSION:
0-10   Dynamic warm-up
10-20 Hip and core development
20-35 Wall ball and footwork
35-55 Stick handling and goal work
55-70 Color reaction and proprioception
70-80 Active movement and stick work
80-90 Foam roller, stretching, and cool down
