Welcome to the Pure Lacrosse Fall 2009 Training Program for Tigard. By registering for this program you will be training at Durham Elementary School for 6 action-packed weeks of professional coaching!
Program:
* 6 x 90 min skills and athletic training sessions for $185.
By training at Durham you will have the opportunity to work with Twist Portland! Experience the difference with Twist Sport Conditioning. This is not traditional training. There are no machines. Except one; the human body.
The Twist difference is fueled by a team of industry leading coaches, an unparalleled training system, and a coaching style designed to motivate and bring out the will to get better.By combing lacrosse drills and athletic development into one program we strive to provide the best possible training services.

Saturday Schedule:
* Boys JV (9th-10th)– 9:00am-10:30am
* Boys Varsity (10th-12th)– 10:00am-11:30pm
* Boys Youth (6th-8th) – 11:00am-12:30pm
* Girls Youth (6th-8th) – 12:30pm-2:00pm
* Girls JV (9th-10th) – 1:30pm-3:00pm
* Girls Varsity (10th-12h) – 2:30pm-4:00pm

SIX WEEKS OF LAX TRAINING STARTING IN NOVEMBER, 2009.
Pure Lacrosse enables dedicated athletes to increase their playing time on the field. We accomplish this through tailored drills facilitated by professional coaches in an unprecedented 6:1 athlete to coach environment.
TAKE A PEAK AT THE AVERAGE 90min. SESSION:
0-10 Dynamic warm-up
10-20 Hip and core development
20-35 Wall ball and footwork
35-55 Stick handling and goal work
55-70 Color reaction and proprioception
70-80 Active movement and stick work
80-90 Foam roller, stretching, and cool down
