9am - 12pm 3rd - 8th graders
(1 year or less experience)
This session will focus on basic lacrosse skills. Players will rotate through stations focusing on cradling, passing/catching, shooting, defense, and other skills. The session will finish with a scrimmage and games. Goalies are welcome and will receive one on one instruction by a goalie coach.
11am - 2pm 7th - 12th graders
(2 or more years experience)
This session will focus on more advanced lacrosse skills such as offensive stategy, transitions, shooting techniques, defensive team play, and other advanced skills. Goalies are welcome and will receive one on one instruction by a goalie coach.
