Pure Lacrosse Training Systems is the evolution of LACROSSE SPECIFIC ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT.

Enroll for Summer 2011 to progress through a 5 week comprehensive program designed to elevate your game

Work on:
• lacrosse specific speed, agility, & quickness
• faster shots & harder passes
• deliberate dodges & stronger defensive checks
• confidence, work ethic, and knowledge of the game

Introduce yourself to the fast-pace, repetitive environment of Pure Lacrosse and “make the decision” to contribute to the game.

For the last six years, Pure Lacrosse has helped dedicated athletes increase their playing time on the field.

Facilitated by Danny Ernst, a former Portland Lumberjax, this program boasts an unprecedented 6:1 player to coach ratio where athletes develop skills to take them to the next level.

In response to the positive feedback we received after the completion of our former programming we are expanding the number of sessions for summer 2011 and are encouraging interested individuals to experience Pure Lacrosse for themselves.
