What to bring?
*Lacrosse Northwest OGYLA Select Waiver Registration Form (E-mail confirmation sent with form upon registration. Can't find the email?  Click Downloads on our Website)
*Water bottle
*Goggles
*Mouth guard
*Stick
*Spring program reversible or Lacrosse Northwest reversible
*Layer for weather conditions

Goalies:  Pleaser register for tryouts (nominated and non-nominated goalies must register for tryouts to help us with staff and management)

Please register by Midnight, April 3.

U-12 OGYLA Players who are not nominated by a coach for the OGYLA select team program, may register here to tryout for a team!

Please do not register for your player for tryouts if she was nominated by your coach.  Nominated players will be turned away at check-in.
