Girls’ Lacrosse Goalie Boot Camp Spring 2012
Registration and Payment
To secure a spot you must register online. You will receive a confirmation email and please print off the liability form and mail in a check for $80. We must have your check and liability form to secure your spot in the clinic

Lacey and Sarah have spent a combined 27 years between the pipes and are now highly sought after for their creative and innovative goalie coaching strategies gained through years of dedication through play and continuing education. Take advantage of learning the newest skills and drills being taught throughout the country to the best college and high school goalies across the nation.
This “boot camp” is designed to give you a total body and mind experience by focusing on: Fitness for goalies
- Fitness for goalies
- Goalie warm ups
- Commanding the field from the crease
- Drills to take back to your team
Allow Lacey & Sarah to use their “out of the crease” philosophy as described below to prepare your goalies for the lacrosse season!
Body positioning to make that extra save needed in every game
- Muscle memory drills
- Fun but useful hand eye coordination games
- Basic breakdown of every body part so players understand why goalies’ make saves
- Mechanics and technique for 8 meter shots and crease rolls
