Portland Lumberjax Training Camp - Indoor Goals - November 10, 2008

Lacrosse Northwest is proud to promote the Portland Lumberjax training camp being held at Indoor Goals in Beaverton starting Saturday, November 15.  For years, LaxNW has run successful indoor leagues at the Indoor Goals facilty where players find there is no other arena in the Portland Metropolitan area better suited for Portland's very own professional lacrosse team to practice. 

While the Lumberjax player tryouts are invitational only, they are open for viewing to the public.  Our players/parents who are arriving for morning Saturday league, can arrive early to watch the training.  Players finishing playing later on Saturdays are welcome to stay and watch as the defending West Division Lumberjax champions strive to put together another winning team. 

The Jax will hold two practices every Saturday for 5 weeks beginning November 15.  The morning practices will run from 7am - 9am.  Afternoon practices will follow from 3pm - 5pm.  The Lumberjax will open their season Saturday, January 3 at the Portland Rose Garden Arena where they will host the Minnesota Swarm at 7:30pm.
