Mens Coaching Clinic-Novice League - January 24, 2009

Play at your own speed: low impact, little contact,and if you want more then stick around for our Masters league following the instruction.

Are you  planning on coaching your son, just want to learn more about the game, or wish you had the option of playing lacrosse when you were a kid? Well, here you will learn the vocabulary and terminology, skills and drills, and concepts of lacrosse.

Paul Voas teaches elementary school and has been a coach at Southridge High School since its opening in 1999. He has had a stick in his had since he was 8 years old and has a very novel approach to the game.
