Lady Rippers: Building Friendships While Preparing for Tournament - November 29, 2010

January 14, 2011, our Rippers' High School Teams will travel to Palm Desert for the 4th Annual Sandstorm Women's Lacrosse Tournament.  Many of our players have played together for two years (since inception) and it shows in our team chemistry.

Off season travel teams often times build friendships between players of different schools making for great comaraderie and sportsmanship during the regular season. 

The friendships continue even after high school as our alumni reunite with current Rippers' players on the field at our December holiday indoor tournament fund raiser.

Lacrosse Northwest prides itself on the diversity of the school programs represented on our rosters and our consistancy with its players.

While we have 100 percent retention on our A Team, going to Sandstorm for our B team players was an optional tournament to travel to after the Summer 2010 Cascade Cup tournament.  We are thrilled with the 12 players who remained committed to the Rippers and even more thrilled with our wonderful additions.

If you have considered trying out for a travel team in the past, but have been unsure of the benefits, just ask any of our Rippers.  Just watch them play!

Lacrosse Northwest holds its tryouts the first two weeks of summer league starting the third week of June where we pull from a pool of 200+ players.  Our summer league and tournaments are affordable and maintain the highest level of quality.  Quality staff, coaches, and players!!
